Processing of personal data is necessary for contract or precontract executions or for fulfilment of statuatory demands of public authorities or to safeguard legitimate interests of our auction house or is done based on your approval.

- processing of enquiries on consignments or evaluations

- processing of purchasing or consignment contracts
- direct advertising for art or antique items offered in our auctions
