Constantin Kryschitskij
1858 Kiew – 1911 St. Petersburg
Russischer Landschaftsmaler. Studium ab 1877 an der Akademie in St. Petersburg. In den Jahren 1891–1911 war er auch mehrfach auf deutschen Kunstausstellungen vertreten, dabei vor allem in Berlin und München. Kryschitskijs Werke befinden sich u.a im Besitz der Staatlichen Tretjakoff Galerie in Moskau und im Russischen Museum in St. Petersburg.

Oil on wood panel. Signed in cyrillic "K. Kryschitskij" bottom right. Framed in a wide historicizing stucco frame with corner decor and black inner moulding.
Panel slightly rounded. Two retouches to the bottom margin in the area of the water. A scratch with dark trace to the right area of the sky. Varnish slightly yellowed.
